SITE RULES

Pickering Creek is home to hundreds of species of flora and fauna, many of which are rarly found in preserved abundance on the Eastern Shore as it is at Pickering. Please follow these simple rules during your visit to Pickering to ensure that other visitors and future visitors can enjoy all that is here as well.
         ---Horses, pets, and bikes are not allowed on trails.
         ---For the safety of wildlife, nests and other visitors, dogs MUST be on              leashes regardless of how well trained. Please stay on gravel drive.
         ---Please drive 10 mph on the driveway. Wildlife is crossing, sometimes
              very slowly
         ---Please stay on the trails.
                                                                                                   ---Please do not apply bug spray in any of the buildings, it is harmful to                                                                                                        the animals.
                                                                                                  ---For your own saftey, stay off the ropes course elements.
                                                                                                  ---The canoes are for member use only, please check in at the office                                                                                                        before taking out a canoe.
